The Media Supervisor has 5-7 years of integrated media experience and an excellent understanding of the full process from strategy and plan development, to execution and measurement. Core responsibility is planning and executing media across digital and traditional channels. S/he is a self-starter, adept at using audience insights and data to inform planning, substantiate hypotheses, evaluate results and drive optimization.
Planning and buying of paid media across digital, social, mobile, print, radio, television and out-of-home channels as needed
Researching potential media partners and evaluating opportunities
Collaborating with Creative team to develop breakthrough ideas and programs
Developing and presenting media strategy to clients
Overseeing inventory procurement, including contracting, spec gathering, and ad trafficking
Managing in-market campaigns to ensure performance, delivery and optimizations are on track
Collaborating with Analytics team to ensure proper tagging, reporting, insights and optimization strategies are in place
Managing program budgets, invoicing and billing reconciliation
Providing POVs, participating in new RFPs, and supporting new business as needed
